About Teri Kramer

Teri has built her life across central Toronto, having lived in Allenby, Chaplin Estates, and Forest Hill before settling in Davisville Village and Leaside. Her roots in these neighbourhoods give her an authentic understanding of the communities she serves, and she extends that familiarity to clients throughout Lytton Park, Lawrence Park, Bedford Park, Deer Park, and into west-end pockets like Humewood, Wychwood, Oakwood, and the Annex. Each area feels like home to her, and that insight allows her to guide clients with confidence and care.

Teri is energized by clients who value a personalized and collaborative approach. She loves the relationships that develop through the buying and selling process and sees every new client as both a partner and someone she is privileged to support. Her ability to build trust quickly is at the heart of her work.

Her clients often describe her as warm, sharp, and incredibly intuitive. After navigating her own difficult divorce, Teri has a unique ability to guide people through major life transitions with sensitivity and strength. She understands that real estate is rarely just a transaction. It is a deeply personal moment that requires patience, emotional intelligence, and a strong understanding of both the financial and legal landscape.

Teri chose a career in real estate because she wanted to create meaningful impact. She takes pride in offering clarity, strategy, and reassurance during one of life’s biggest decisions. She credits Adam Weiner for seeing her potential early on, and she is grateful every day that she trusted his encouragement. Her passion comes from seeing clients feel supported, empowered, and confident from start to finish.

Teri’s favourite moments in her career are when clients reach their goals, whether they are securing a first home, moving into a new chapter, or navigating a competitive process. Selling two homes in one day was a highlight, and she is proud that 2025 has become her most successful year to date despite a challenging market.

Before real estate, Teri spent several years as a news reporter, anchor, and MTV VJ, interviewing figures from the prime minister to P!nk, J-Lo, and Beyoncé. Those storytelling skills now enrich her work in social media and client communication, where her natural presence and clarity shine through.

Outside of work, Teri loves staying active at local gyms including Ferris 360, Beatbox, and Studio Lagree, and she often runs the Beltline or through Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Her favourite restaurants include Little Sister Indonesian, Indian Street Food Company, and Mariachi’s for tacos al pastor, along with takeout from Tzatziki or Blooming Orchid. She enjoys happy hour at Oretta and evenings at Vintage Conservatory where she finds a sense of community and relaxation.

Toronto’s vibrancy, diversity, and constant evolution motivate Teri the most. But growing up here and raising two wonderful daughters, Ella and Molly, make it an extra special place. When asked to choose a dream job other than real estate, Teri answered, “I’d be a global consultant, travelling the world to declare whether a place has good energy or needs more champagne. Kidding. I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.”
